How do I know if a product is buy-online or quote-only?
Products with a price and Add to Cart ship directly. Industrial items marked "Price on request" are specified and quoted — usually because they're configured or installed to site.
Do displayed prices include GST?
No — displayed prices are exclusive of GST. GST at 18% is added as a separate line at checkout, so you see the tax and the final payable amount before you pay. Add your GSTIN at checkout for a GST invoice with input-tax-credit details.
What payment methods are supported?
UPI, cards and netbanking via Razorpay's secure checkout, or Cash on Delivery. Card details never touch our servers.
Why does Cash on Delivery ask for ₹1 upfront?
A ₹1 online confirmation charge verifies the order is genuine, which keeps our delivery costs down. It comes out of your order total rather than being added to it, so you pay the rest on delivery. It is non-refundable if you cancel.
Is there a delivery charge?
No. Delivery is free all over India on every order — there's no minimum order value to qualify.
How fast do quotes come back?
Within one business day, from a sales engineer — with specs, certifications and pricing, not a form letter.
Do you install heavy equipment?
Yes. Weighbridges, batching systems and similar are surveyed, installed, calibrated and handed over with documentation and operator training.
Do you ship internationally?
Retail products ship worldwide; installed systems are project-quoted for your location.
How do returns work?
Policy-driven returns per the Refund Policy — unused retail items in original packaging within the stated window. Installed systems are covered by warranty terms instead.
