Shipping Policy

How orders travel — from courier-shipped retail scales to freight-delivered platforms and project-installed weighbridges.

Delivery charges

Delivery is free all over India on every order — the standard ₹100 flat delivery charge is waived at checkout, with no minimum order value. This applies to courier-shipped retail products and surface-freight items alike.

Standard delivery

Retail products ship by courier, typically dispatched within 2 business days and delivered in 2–7 business days depending on the destination PIN code. Delivery estimates are shown at PIN-code check and checkout.

Freight items

Heavy items (floor platforms, pallet scales, BMI machines and similar marked "freight delivery") ship by surface freight with a 7–10 day window and kerbside delivery. Unloading arrangements are confirmed by phone before dispatch.

Installed systems

Weighbridges and engineered systems are project deliveries: timelines are stated in the quotation and coordinated with the site survey, civil readiness and installation team scheduling.

International shipping

Retail products ship worldwide. Duties and taxes at the destination are the buyer's responsibility unless quoted otherwise. Installed systems abroad are quoted per project.
