Refund & Returns Policy

Order confirmation charge (Cash on Delivery)

Cash-on-Delivery orders require a ₹1 confirmation charge, paid online when the order is placed. It is deducted from your order total — not added to it — so the balance shown at checkout is what you pay on delivery.

This ₹1 confirmation charge is non-refundable if the order is cancelled. It covers order verification and is separate from the refund terms below, which govern the value of the goods themselves.

Retail returns

Unused retail products in original packaging may be returned within the stated window (placeholder: 7 days from delivery, to be confirmed) for refund or replacement. Calibration-sealed items that have been unsealed are exchange-only for defects.

Damaged or wrong items

Report transit damage or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery with photos; we arrange pickup and replacement at no cost.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method — COD refunds by bank transfer, online payments reversed via Razorpay — within 7–10 business days of the returned item passing inspection.

Installed systems

Weighbridges and engineered installations are not returnable; remedies are governed by the project contract and Warranty & AMC terms.
