What we collect

Order and enquiry details you provide: name, phone, email, delivery address, and GSTIN where you supply it for invoicing. Quote requests additionally carry your requirement description and site location.

We do not collect or store card data. Online payments (when live) run through Razorpay's hosted checkout; card details never touch our servers.

How we use it

To fulfil orders, respond to quote requests within the stated SLA, issue GST invoices, and provide warranty/AMC service. Transactional messages (order confirmed, dispatched, quote received) are sent by SMS and email.

Transactional email is sent through Resend, our email delivery partner, which acts as our data processor solely to deliver these messages on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes.

Website analytics

We count page views on our own servers to understand which products and pages are useful. This uses no cookies and creates no advertising profile. We do not store your IP address or any identifier that persists: visits are grouped using a one-way fingerprint that mixes your network address and browser with a secret and the current date, so it cannot be reversed, cannot be linked to you, and stops working at midnight each day.

Because this data is anonymous and aggregate, it needs no consent banner. We also use Google Analytics 4, a third-party analytics tag, but it is gated behind an explicit cookie-consent banner shown at the bottom of the page — the tag never loads, and no cookie is set, until you press Accept. If you never accept that banner, no third-party analytics is active on your visit, and IP addresses are anonymised for visitors who do accept. You can change your mind at any time using the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer, which reopens the banner and clears any analytics cookies already set.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Requests go through the contact page and are honoured within the statutory window.

Retention & security

Personal data is retained only as long as needed for orders, warranty and legal obligations, then deleted per the retention schedule. PII is encrypted at rest with least-privilege access.
